West London Rape Crisis Centre (Women and Girls Network – Women’s Self-Empowerment Groups

West London Rape Crisis Centre (part of Women and Girls Network) is now running self-empowerment groups for women 18 and over in West London who have experienced sexual violence.

These are not therapy groups, but will focus on creative and positive ways to build self-empowerment, confidence and self-esteem, and move on from experiences of trauma. Groups will last for six weeks, running on Mondays at our office in Shepherds Bush in the morning and afternoon. All our groups are free, women-only and led by an experienced practitioner. >

Our next round of groups will run from 12 January 2015 until the 16 February 2015, with more groups running throughout the year.
