‘Love Yourself’ – meditation sessions for women
Meditation sessions are tailored to suit individual’s needs. I use various techniques of mindfulness, breath, visualisation, lights, music, aromatherapy and mantras and create a safe, relaxing atmosphere.
‘Love Yourself – Meditation & visualisation for women’ is a gentle meditation session incorporating mindfulness, visualisation and mantras to increase self-esteem and self-confidence.
I have over 35 years’ meditation practice, a mindfulness diploma, 3 years’ teaching experience, teaching meditation qualification, 15 years’ experience of working with vulnerable adults and a DBS.
Cost: I offer a concessionary rate for charities (£25 per hour) and I am able to give taster sessions. Where funding is not available, individuals self-fund a session which generally ends up costing £1.00-£2.50 per person for an hour’s class. ‘Love Yourself – meditation for women’ costs £5.
Venue: Meditation sessions can be held in any organisation in London. ‘Love Yourself – meditation and visualisation for women’ is held at: The Hut, Rathbone Allotments, Ryalls Court, Oakleigh Road North, Whetstone, London N20 0RY
