Rosa is the first and still the only UK-wide Fund for Women and Girls. We champion investment in women and girls, connect knowledge, expertise and resources, and raise funds to invest in change. Following Chancellor George Osborne’s announcement on the Tampon Tax Fund earlier this year, we’re developing the new £2.2M grants and support programme for grassroots women’s organisations.   We’re now looking for a Grants Manager (28 hours/week) to join our dynamic team.

The Grants Manager will lead the administration of the Tampon Tax grant programme, along with other existing and future grant programmes, including monitoring, reporting and bringing grant recipients together to share learning and experience.  The Grants Manager will also work with other team members in developing new initiatives, researching funding opportunities and building new relationships.

The person we’re looking for is a resourceful team player, with expertise, creativity and initiative. A strong commitment to gender equality and social justice is a must-have. You’ll already have some good experience, and may now be looking for a more strategic role.
