Trainer Helen Cylwik has over 20 years’ experience of working in the voluntary and public sector with 10 of these at senior management level including 5 years as the CEO of Elders Voice, a London-based older people’s charity. As CEO of Elders Voice she transformed the organisation from minor player to leading charity for older people in Brent. Her experience as a health service manager includes responsibility for a £1.5M third sector commissioning budget and redesigning community services for older people. She now works on a freelance basis in the voluntary sector providing training, fundraising and organisational development.
