If you are interested in learning some self-defence to boost your confidence, release stress and get fit, we have a group class starting from Thursday 1st of September at 6.30 pm at Tindlemanor in Old St.
These classes will help you learn direct and simple self-defence applications and are open to all levels. They also focus on core/abs training and always finish with a deep stretch to relax body and mind.
This is a great opportunity to exercise and learn self-defence in a safe and friendly environment.
