Are you an inspiring woman with experience of working with girls and young women? We are recruiting an experienced Project Co-ordinator to help develop OSARCC’s next stage of growth. This will involve expanding our support services to young women and girls aged 14 – 18, and increasing the reach of our education and preventative work. You will have experience of delivering outcomes based services, and managing complex projects. With experience of designing and delivering services you will help us ensure that women and girls are engaged throughout the project development.  You will have a strong commitment to working within a feminist collective ethos, in the violence against women and girls sector.

 

We provide ongoing support, training, and development, 5 weeks’ annual leave a year (plus bank holidays) and flexible working arrangements.

Type: 25 hours per week, based in Oxford (with possibility of increase)

Fixed term contract for 5 years with possibility of extension
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum, pro rata
