Description:

You will have at least 2 years’ experience of working with and providing support to excluded women with complex needs including domestic violence and mental health issues.

Working across London Boroughs, based in probation, you will provide one to one support to women affected by the criminal justice system to enable them to break down barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones and enter employment, training or education.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of providing advice, guidance, coaching, mentoring and support to a caseload of women via regular one-to-one meetings and group interventions.

You will enable women to access education, training and employment and facilitate access to mainstream provision in the community.

Experienced at working within performance targets, you will have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the impact of the criminal justice system on women.

An NVQ 3 in Advice and Guidance or equivalent is an essential requirement for this role.
