Women and Girls Network (WGN) is a specialist, feminist, women-only, holistic organisation leading in developing and delivering innovative and effective services for women and girls who have experienced or are at risk of all forms of gender-based violence. We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced Senior Advice Caseworker to join our extremely successful Advice Service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing safe, high-quality and culturally appropriate services to women and girls experiencing gender-based violence, in-depth working knowledge and experience of assessing and responding to risk, and experience in leading staff team, providing practical guidance, sharing expertise and suggesting recommended best practice and intervention protocols to colleagues.

We are looking for someone who has the vision to support the service to develop to the next stage and to maintain a culture of continuous learning, excellence and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in developing and shaping our Advice Service, enhancing expertise and abilities within the team.
