BCWA’s community outreach services include Bromley’s IDSVA service, BCWA’s telephone and one-to-one outreach support, Support Groups, a VAWG One Stop Shop, Young People’s Outreach service and Training & Awareness work.


The post holder will be required to demonstrate strong management skills, knowledge of the women’s sector and knowledge of the effects of domestic abuse and the specific issues experienced by survivors of domestic abuse.


The post holder will provide support and direction to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality and robust services that provide empowerment and recovery for women and children who have experienced domestic abuse and other forms of VAWG.


The post holder will act as an ambassador of BCWA’s services, and will be responsible for the management of a small team of staff and volunteers, and the delivery of targets.


We are a well-established, innovative and forward thinking domestic abuse service and are seeking a self-motivated, flexible and experienced individual to join our team to help us deliver excellent services to survivors of domestic abuse & VAWG.


Holding a full driving license, having access to a vehicle and be willing to travel locally is preferable.

Hours: 35 hours pw
