Description: Women and Girls Network (WGN) is a specialist organisation leading in developing and delivering innovative and effective services for women and girls who have experienced all forms of gender-based violence.
The Human Resources Administrator is a core role with WGN’s Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to underpin the human resources function; acting as the primary point of contact for the service. The post holder will ensure that the systems are seamless, efficient and accurate ensuring the highest service standards. As with all WGN team members, the Human Resources Administrator is responsible for actively contributing to a culture that values and respects diversity, learning, improvement, striving for quality and best practice.
The successful candidate will be joining WGN during a time of growth, giving them a chance to be part of an exciting, active environment and providing an opportunity to develop their existing administrative and / or human resources related skills.
We are looking for a motivated, organised self-starter with a proven ability of providing effective administrative support to work within a fast-paced multi-cultural feminist environment. If this is you we would really like to hear from you!
This post is based in Hammersmith & Fulham and involves travel across London
