Women and Girls Network (WGN) is a specialist therapeutic service leading in developing and delivering innovative and effective therapeutic services for women and girls surviving gender-based violence.
The Clinical Services Delivery Manager is a central role at WGN tasked with managing the operational delivery of WGN’s therapeutic specialist, holistic, trauma informed, wrap around service provision including: counselling, group work and body therapies in our satellite services based in a number of London Boroughs.
The role requires a highly motivated, dynamic individual with a proven track record of working at senior management level and effectively managing a range of services as well as a diverse multi-disciplinary staff team. The candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience of the issues facing women and girls affected by gender based violence.
