Ever wanted to be a top Strategist? This course will show you how!
What’s it about?
I make strategic planning fun! I will introduce you to my specially-designed ten-step participatory strategic planning process, to make strategic planning, dynamic, motivating, and ensure by-in from all the team. This involves asking the fundamental questions: “Who are we, what do we want to achieve, and why?” and working step by step through to identifying the impact you want to make and how to measure success. It includes creation of shared vision, mission, values and theory of change; environmental monitoring and stakeholder analysis; aims and objectives and operational strategies.
What will I take away?
You will be able to create your own strategic plan using the ten step process; learn and try out creative new facilitation ideas and techniques that can be adapted for any participatory process; and learn strategic planning terms and concepts and how to think and act strategically. All in a day’s work!
