Women's Aid are working with local partners to pilot an exciting new response to domestic abuse that will widen the opportunities there are for survivors in local communities to access help. To deliver this they are recruiting a Project Worker to support delivery of the ask me scheme within Waltham Forest. They are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge of good practice in relation to domestic abuse and understanding of the needs of survivors and the challenges they face in accessing support. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the needs of Waltham Forest’s diverse community and be skilled to successfully engage with these groups.

Type: 14.8 hours per week, 18 month fixed term contract
Salary: £25,346 (based on NJC pay scale points 29) + £3,332 Inner London Weighting
